Now You're Ready to Publish!

Congratulations! You're ready to get started with Wasteland Press. Before we begin, please review the following information and make sure you have everything ready for submission.

Once we receive your completed paperwork and manuscript, your book will generally be completed within 7–14 business days, depending on the project and the services selected.

Manuscript

Please have your entire manuscript, including the table of contents, available in electronic form.

We ask that your manuscript be submitted as a Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) file or another compatible text-based format.

Remember: Wasteland Press is a full-service press, so we do not expect you to submit a fully formatted book.

When completing your paperwork, please provide:

-  Physical mailing address
-  Phone number
-  Primary email address

Please make sure both email addresses are active and regularly monitored, as email is our primary method of communication throughout the publishing process.

Photos and Cover Concept

Providing photos or a cover concept is optional. Some authors prefer to provide their own cover ideas, photographs, or artwork for us to consider.

If you submit photographs or other images for use in your book or cover, image files should be 300 DPI (pixels per inch) or higher whenever possible. Cover concepts should also have a clear, cohesive style and layout.

Please submit cover images and artwork separately from your manuscript.

Payment

The total cost for the Platinum Plan (20–125 pages) is $995.00.

Once payment and your required paperwork have been received, you will be ready to submit your manuscript and begin the publishing process.

Once your payment has been completed, please email your complete manuscript, including the table of contents, to our editors at:

Submit Your Cover Art

If you have a cover concept, photographs, artwork, or other images you would like us to consider for your cover, please email those files separately from your manuscript to:

If your files are larger than 15 MB, please contact us before sending them and we will provide an alternative method for submitting your files.
