Production Process Guide For eBooks

The following is an overview of our production process and the expected amount of time for each stage:


Submission

You provide us with a manuscript along with the Publishing Agreement and Order Form. We review your materials for completeness and ensure compliance with our technical requirements. This process takes approximately 1-2 business days from the day we receive your materials.


eBook Production

To produce an eBook from a manuscript, the text is formatted in an appropriate style based upon genre and converted into the appropriate eBook format. Also, a cover is created based upon the directions you provided on your order form. Upon completion, the files are posted online or e-mailed to you for proof. This process takes approximately 1-3 business days.


Digital Galley

Upon producing an eBook, we will send you a digital galley via e-mail. You will then have opportunity to review your book and cover and make corrections, free of charge. This process takes approximately 1-2 business days. However, you can take as much time as you need to make sure you are happy with all your corrections.


Distribution of your eBook

Upon completion of the author proof, the eBook files are created. Title information (ISBN, author, etc.) and files are sent to the appropriate eBook distributors. Once set up in the distributors' databases, your eBook will be available to purchase from various devices such as Nook, Kindle, iPhone, other mobile devices, PC and MAC computers, and computer tablets! Please allow 1-3 business days for the eBook title to appear for sale.
