ultimate PLAN pricing rates
The Ultimate Plan includes all of the following with your fee: 500 paperback books and free Kindle eBook set-up and distribution, professional full-service interior formatting for your book in standard trim sizes of 5×8, 5.5×8.5, or 6×9, custom cover for your book, ISBN number including barcode for your paperback book, full-service marketing (including over 1,000 press releases and 2 paperback books sent for review with various publications), online and worldwide expanded distribution including Bookseller Returns Program for one year in the United States, United Kingdom, and the European Union through Ingram Distribution, unlimited reprints of your paperback book, a 30% royalty for your paperback book and 50% royalty for your Kindle eBook on any money received from the sale of your book by third party retailers, unlimited grayscale images throughout your book. There will be an additional shipping charge for your books due to the weight (This will be billed separately at the time of printing). Set-up your book for Barnes and Noble's Nook eBook. Ensures eBook is presented in a similar manner as your printed copy. You may complete and sign the PDF paperwork using Adobe Acrobat Reader or Adobe Acrobat. If you prefer, you may also print the forms, sign them by hand, and then scan them or take clear photos of the completed pages using your smartphone.Once completed, please email your paperwork to our editors at:
